Basic Requirements
We are not experts in this area but know the basics. Unfortunately there is not a one-size fits all. The equipment you will need depends on a number of factors.
For example, will your callers hear: –
- IVR / routing options, press one for sales etc
- A hold or cueing message while they wait for you to answer
- On hold message while you check stock, look for a colleague etc
